Internet backups with De-Duplication
Tapes are subject to loss, theft and aging making them suspect as a sole means of backup and recovery. Eliminate the need for a local tape infrastructure and enable electronic backups over your existing Internet connection. We utilize de-duplication technology to greatly reduce daily backup data, backup times and total storage.
Monitoring, Alerting & Troubleshooting
We review the previous night’s backups, logs and files to ensure successful completion on a daily basis. Monthly, we monitor growth rate and storage history to optimize your data backups. Should errors occur, our staff will alert you and troubleshoot backup failures.
Monthly Maintenance
Because this is a server based backup system, we perform patches, update software and confirm data coverage to include any new data sources or locations as needed
Quarterly Maintenance
We also apply driver and firmware updates, check free space on your vault and adjust configurations / availability as needed on a quarterly basis.
Quarterly Testing
We test data restoration quarterly to confirm the validity of your secondary vault data store and report the results to you.
Administration Support
