Mozilla has released an update to it's popular firefox browser. The updated version (3.6.4) addresses numerous security vulnerabilities and improves stability by isolating browser plug-ins within the browser. The update will be applied automatically for most users using the auto-update feature within the browser or can be download directly from
http://www.mozilla.com.
The browser isolation feature in this update will prevent add-on's, such as Adobe flash or Microsoft silverlight, from crashing the entire browser when problems occur within specific plug-ins. This architecture is becoming an industry standard among most browsers.
When updating your firefox browser it's also a good time to update your Adobe flash player. The current version is 10.1 and you can update to it directly from this link:
