  • Migrates user and resource accounts, such as conference rooms, VCRs, laptops and projectors, to Exchange 2000, 2003, 2007 & 2010
  • Supports virtually all versions of Oracle Calendar Server (including 9.0.4x and 10.x), Steltor CorporateTime, HP OpenTime, and Netscape Calendar Server based on CorporateTime
Data conversion
  • Migrates events, task information including comments, percent completion and level of importance, as well as notes
  • Converts x400 e-mail addresses within the calendar database to preserve attendee and meeting linkages in an Exchange environment
  • Maintains Event data including Recurring Events, Reminders and Comments, Event Description, Event Importance, Meeting Organizer and List of Attendees
  • Maintains all attachments in original format, eliminating document format conversion
Migration process
  • Uses the calendar database to simplify the migration process and reduce the risk of error
  • Server-side migration process — no end-user participation required
  • Optional features include filtering parameters such as date, task priority mapping, and keeping declined meetings
